RunMyTrade is a business management app for self-employed tradespeople and small trade businesses. It brings everyday business tools — customers, quotes, invoices, payments, a professional website and business marketing — together in one place. RunMyTrade is provided by Onlinetradesmen and can be used independently of the Onlinetradesmen job-lead marketplace.
RunMyTrade is built for self-employed tradespeople and owner-operated trade businesses — people who are tradesperson, estimator, salesperson, administrator and marketer all at once. It helps run the business that surrounds the actual trade: customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, website and marketing.
No. RunMyTrade works independently of the Onlinetradesmen job-lead marketplace. It's about running and growing your own trade business — managing your customers, getting paid and building your own online presence. If you'd also like to explore job leads, those are available separately through Onlinetradesmen.
Your RunMyTrade account is securely provided by Onlinetradesmen. You do not need to buy job leads or join the marketplace to use RunMyTrade — the business tools work on their own.
Yes. You can connect your bank account securely and send customers a payment link with your invoice. They can pay by card or bank transfer, and the money goes directly to you.
RunMyTrade is live in Ireland now, with EUR pricing. A UK version with its own GBP pricing and a separate 1,000-customer launch allocation is coming soon — see the UK site for details.
No. 250 invoicing documents are included in total with your subscription, not refreshed each month. Additional bundles of 50 documents can be purchased for €2.50 each, whenever you need them.
A flat 2.5% fee, including all processing costs, applies to card payments your customers make through RunMyTrade. This is separate from your monthly subscription.
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, X and other supported networks. Create content once, then publish immediately or schedule it ahead across your connected channels. AI can help generate posts. Engagement, leads and exact format support vary by platform and aren't guaranteed.
Imports are supported from major platforms, including Xero, Sage and Tradify. Supported file formats and what transfers can vary, so check with our team about your specific setup before relying on an import.
Yes. Once your RunMyTrade website is built, you can connect a domain you already own. Hosting is included in your subscription.
Yes. You can download your invoicing and financial documents from RunMyTrade.
Use your RunMyTrade login in the Onlinetradesmen TradePro app, or log in through your browser — the same account works in both.
RunMyTrade is provided by Onlinetradesmen, the Irish trade business supporting tradespeople since 2006. Your account is provided securely by Onlinetradesmen.
RunMyTrade launches at €9.99/month for your first 12 months (limited to the first 1,000 Irish customers), then €39.99/month. Prices exclude VAT. There is no 12-month commitment — cancel online in your account at any time.
RunMyTrade is designed for the self-employed tradesperson and very small trade business — managing customers, quotes, invoices, payments, a website and marketing in one simple app. It doesn't try to be a full field-service suite for large teams with complex workforce management.
